Customer messages
One WhatsApp invoice or order update uses one credit from the shared monthly pool. Email and private links remain available when that pool runs out.
Optional prepaid credits
Buy at ₹0.40 per credit before applicable tax, starting at 250 credits (₹100). Purchased service credits do not expire and can cover eligible operations or transactional WhatsApp after included allowances are used.
No automatic top-up, subscription or postpaid overage. Marketing messages are not available on the shared QwikPass WhatsApp sender. AI tools require separate owner opt-in and a spending limit.
Already on a paid plan? Review the legacy plan terms. Existing subscriptions and purchased messaging-only balances keep their original conditions.
