Organization owners
- Email security@qwikpass.in from the verified owner email.
- Include the Organization name and QwikPass subdomain. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or customer records.
- We will confirm the request through the verified owner channel, identify records that must be retained, and provide the closure status.
Staff accounts
Ask the Organization owner to disable or remove your Outlet access. To request deletion of the underlying QwikPass authentication account, email security@qwikpass.in from the account’s verified email address.
Guests and restaurant customers
For an optional guest profile, queue, order or invoice contact detail, first contact the restaurant that collected the information. You may also email security@qwikpass.in with the restaurant name and the minimum reference needed to locate the record. Do not email a private access token or full payment details.
What happens next
We acknowledge requests, verify identity and authority, and delete or anonymize eligible information from active systems. Timing depends on the request’s scope and applicable obligations. Issued invoices are not routinely auto-deleted; tax invoices, payment records, fraud-prevention records, security audit events and backups may be retained for required or defensible periods, then removed or expired under the applicable retention process.
A public invoice or pass capability can be revoked independently from the protected restaurant record. Revoking the public link does not itself delete a record that the restaurant or YK Builds must retain.
Meta and WhatsApp information
QwikPass uses the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for transactional messages when the channel is activated and a user has chosen WhatsApp updates. A deletion request to QwikPass covers the QwikPass records associated with that delivery. Meta may process its own platform records under Meta’s terms and privacy policy.
