Value or free-item rewards
Owners can configure points as bill value or select eligible menu items that customers may redeem at the counter.
The Organization owner defines how points are earned and redeemed. When a customer chooses to provide a mobile number, staff can recognize a returning profile, confirm the name and apply eligible rewards at the counter.
Loyalty starts only after the Organization enables a policy and the Outlet participates. QwikPass records every earn, redeem or authorized adjustment in a ledger.

Points are calculated from the non-loyalty amount actually recorded as paid, preventing rewards from earning points on the redeemed portion.
Minimum points, maximum bill percentage and eligible items are enforced by the server, not trusted from the cashier’s browser.
Issued invoices record points earned, points redeemed, closing balance and the reward item when applicable.
Staff enter the customer’s mobile number. QwikPass shows an existing restaurant customer for confirmation, or asks for a name when no profile exists. Counter service and a private invoice can continue without loyalty when the customer declines to provide details.
Authorized owners can review visits, paid spend, favourite items and loyalty activity through restaurant analytics.
Learn how a redemption changes the amount due and appears on the digital invoice.
Policy stays central while Outlet participation and staff permissions remain explicit in multi-Outlet management.
Start with a paid plan, configure the Organization policy and assign loyalty permissions only to the staff who should view or redeem points.
