Open the Outlet menu
Customers order only from an Outlet that is published, open and enabled for online ordering. A closed Outlet blocks checkout before payment.
A customer opens the published Outlet menu, chooses pickup items, provides the minimum contact details and pays through that restaurant’s connected Razorpay account. QwikPass then carries the verified order into preparation and collection.
Online ordering is for pickup, not delivery. Availability, prices, tax, preparation estimates and the Outlet’s open state remain under restaurant control.

Categories, variants, add-ons, combos, sold-out state, Outlet prices and optional item images come from the restaurant’s configured menu.
Razorpay checkout uses the restaurant’s connected account. QwikPass stores provider references and verified status, not card PAN or CVV.
The accepted paid order moves through queued, preparing, ready and collected states in the assigned Outlet workspace.
The restaurant can enable transactional WhatsApp updates from its managed allowance, use email, or rely on the private live order page. The customer’s WhatsApp choice applies to service updates for that order and is not marketing consent.
Online and counter orders use the same protected order and invoice history. See how restaurant billing and digital invoices work.
Accepted orders move into the same preparation board described in restaurant order management.
When configured and eligible, identified customers can participate in the restaurant’s loyalty program.
Choose a paid plan, connect the restaurant’s Razorpay account, confirm the menu and preparation settings, then publish ordering for the selected Outlet.
