Name and mobile remain optional for counter service. Digital delivery requires the guest’s chosen channel and applicable consent.
The guest pays through an outlet-enabled method. QwikPass records the staff confirmation; it does not independently verify counter receipt.
A completed paid order receives an immutable private invoice record and remains in that outlet’s history.
Seller identity, GSTIN where applicable, address, item/tax settings, invoice fields and payment confirmation come from the restaurant. The restaurant remains responsible for accuracy, numbering, statutory wording, tax treatment and compliance. Final production templates require accountant and legal verification.
Opening, downloading or printing an invoice uses no messaging credit. The customer can receive a private link without creating an account.
Invoice delivery is the default managed message use. Owners can keep other order or queue updates on email and live pages, or enable WhatsApp/SMS after provider activation.
Plan counters reset each month. Issued invoice records do not routinely auto-delete and remain subject to the restaurant’s legal retention obligations.
WhatsApp invoices and order updates use one credit from the same 300-credit monthly Organization pool as billing and pickup operations. SMS is priced separately per accepted segment. Prepaid credits cover authorized WhatsApp delivery after the included allowance, while Marketing is unavailable on the shared QwikPass sender.
Online pickup ordering creates a paid order before preparation, while restaurant loyalty can earn or redeem owner-configured value on an identified counter customer. Both finish in the protected order and invoice history.

The private invoice can be opened, downloaded as a PDF or printed. Email is available when an address is provided, and configured WhatsApp or SMS delivery depends on the restaurant’s channel settings and credits.
Add the Outlet menu, legal seller fields, tax settings, payment methods and invoice format. The Organization shares 300 monthly credits across billing/order operations and WhatsApp.
