Businesses and Outlets
Paid plans can contain legally separate Businesses and separately licensed Outlets, each with its own public location and operating workspace.
An Organization can contain multiple legal Businesses and separately licensed Outlets. Owners manage shared decisions centrally, while Outlet staff see only the locations and permissions assigned to them.
The Organization is the owner workspace; the Outlet is the daily operating boundary. QwikPass keeps legal seller, menu, pricing, staff and reporting scope explicit.

Build a Business menu once, then apply Outlet-specific price, availability and sold-out changes without duplicating the whole catalog.
Assign one person to one or more Outlets, choose a role bundle and add explicit grants or denies. One person still uses one named seat.
Set Organization defaults, copy schedules to selected Outlets and let authorized staff open or close one location without changing another.
Flex and Growth support up to three separately licensed Outlets; Pro supports up to ten. Each paid Outlet has its own queue, invoice and included-message limits. The Organization dashboard may show totals, but unused included message credits do not transfer between Outlets.
Queue, billing, preparation and collection remain focused in the Outlet operations workspace.
Authorized owners can use multi-Outlet analytics without automatically exposing financial totals to staff.
Groups that need custom capacity, SSO, integrations or rollout terms can review the Enterprise deployment model.
Choose the paid plan, licence the required Outlet count, assign the right Business and staff, then configure the menu, pricing, schedule and publication state.
