Open Access can contain legally separate Businesses and up to ten configured Outlets, each with its own public location and operating workspace.

The Organization is the owner workspace; the Outlet is the daily operating boundary. QwikPass keeps legal seller, menu, pricing, staff and reporting scope explicit.

Assign one person to one or more Outlets, choose a role bundle and add explicit grants or denies. One person still uses one named seat.

Set Organization defaults, copy schedules to selected Outlets and let authorized staff open or close one location without changing another.
Configured capacity
One monthly allowance shared across every Outlet.
Open Access supports up to ten configured Outlets. The Organization shares 300 credits per month: 5 credits per 100 completed billing or pickup operations, or 1 credit per transactional WhatsApp message. Use the balance for either service or a mix; it is not multiplied by Outlet count.

Add the second Outlet only when ownership and access are clear.
Configure the required Outlets, assign the right Business and staff, then set each menu, price, schedule and publication state. All Outlets use the same Organization-wide monthly service-credit pool.
