Using QwikPass
By creating an Organization, accepting a staff invitation, joining a queue, placing an online order or using a private invoice or order page, you agree to these terms. If you act for a restaurant or other Organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
Organization and staff responsibilities
- Provide accurate legal seller, outlet, menu, price, tax, invoice and contact information.
- Assign staff only the access they need and promptly disable access that is no longer required.
- Use customer contact details only for the disclosed transaction, invoice, order, queue or separately consented purpose.
- Comply with applicable food, tax, invoicing, consumer, privacy, messaging and payment obligations.
- Protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
QwikPass calculates and records information from restaurant-configured inputs. The restaurant remains responsible for tax treatment, statutory invoice wording, food preparation, service order, fulfilment, refunds and customer commitments.
Queues, estimates and orders
A QwikPass turn preserves a digital place in an Outlet’s workflow; it is not an appointment or guaranteed service time. Wait and pickup ranges are estimates based on current digital turns, restaurant signals and configured preparation time. The restaurant controls service, availability, acceptance, preparation and collection.
Payments and subscriptions
Counter payments are received and confirmed by the restaurant. Online restaurant payments are processed through the restaurant’s connected provider account when enabled. QwikPass subscription payments are collected for YK Builds through the configured billing provider. Provider terms, availability, fees and verification requirements also apply.
Free and paid plan limits are enforced as displayed in the product. Paid features activate only after verified authorization or an expressly recorded grant. Charges, renewal, cancellation and refund information shown during checkout form part of these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse QwikPass, interfere with service operation, probe or bypass access controls, submit unlawful or misleading content, send spam, impersonate another person or business, scrape private data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use a guest pass that was issued to someone else.
Availability and third-party services
We work to keep QwikPass reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Authentication, hosting, email, WhatsApp, SMS, maps and payments depend on external providers. Features may be limited, delayed or unavailable when a provider, network, restaurant or device is unavailable.
Suspension and closure
YK Builds may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment or prevent harm. Organization owners may request workspace closure. Closing access does not erase obligations or records that must be retained.
Liability boundary
To the extent permitted by applicable law, QwikPass is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. YK Builds is not responsible for restaurant food, fulfilment decisions, tax configuration, customer service, third-party provider failures or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
