The owner counts as one named user. Pending invitations reserve a seat; expired or revoked invitations release it. Flex, Growth and Pro can add five-user packs for ₹199/month. Larger teams move to Enterprise.
Queue, invoice and messaging limits are separate controls. Reaching one allowance does not silently consume another.
Monthly issue counters reset for the next billing period. Issued invoice records remain immutable in the restaurant workspace and are not routinely auto-deleted.
All Outlets share one 300-credit monthly pool for completed billing/pickup operations and WhatsApp messages; it is not multiplied by Outlet count or split into separate allowances. Private live pages, PDF download and email do not use WhatsApp credits.
YK Builds receives QwikPass subscription payments. Restaurant order payments use that restaurant’s connected Razorpay account when the integration is enabled.
Outlet licensing: Every paid Outlet needs its own licence. Management limits are not bundles of free Outlets.
Flex hard limits: Flex includes 3,000 queue journeys, 3,000 invoices and 1,000 WhatsApp invoice and order-update credits per licensed Outlet each month. There are no invoice or queue overage charges.
Plan hard stops: At an active, monthly journey or invoice limit, new work pauses before it starts. Existing work continues.
Invoice records: Monthly allowance counters reset; issued invoices do not. Viewing, downloading, printing or copying a private invoice link consumes no messaging credit.
Subscription billing: QwikPass subscription charges are collected by YK Builds through Razorpay. Payment details are tokenized by Razorpay; QwikPass never stores PAN or CVV.
Messaging: Live browser tracking is included. A delivered WhatsApp invoice or order update uses 1 credit. Marketing uses 5 credits only on a supported compliant channel; it is unavailable on Free and on the current shared QwikPass sender. Additional WhatsApp delivery uses prepaid credits at ₹0.40 each, with a minimum purchase of 250 credits (₹100 before tax). SMS remains separately priced at ₹0.50 per accepted segment, plus tax when applicable. A prepaid top-up is a one-time purchase; once credited, it is non-refundable and retains lifetime validity for that Organization. Admin-granted credits, when provided, are displayed separately and are not prepaid cash value.
Online restaurant payments: The restaurant must connect its own Razorpay account before online checkout is enabled. QwikPass stores provider references and status—not PAN or CVV—and does not receive the restaurant’s order money. Refund eligibility, approval, method, settlement and customer communication are managed directly by the restaurant under its own policy and applicable payment-provider rules; QwikPass does not initiate or automatically reconcile restaurant refunds.
